OK, I found the recent one. It seems to me that the last couple of months of updates on this graph show projections higher than the preceding months trajectory. This is why I think it won't be as bad as 4°.

Canadian journalist Tooker Gomberg asks Federal Environment Minister John Baird if his government would consider plug-in solar panels. The year was 2002. Today, we still can't get this simple carbon saving technology in Canada. wtf?! Also, Tooker was generally always ahead of the times.
