redesigned m̶y̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶r̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶v̶i̶d̶e̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶O̶C̶ one of the two protagonists of #shogunblaster because he used to look too much like an a-wing from star war. Red Arrow is a racing drone (imagine f-zero but they're all autonomous) that the govt converted into a Blaster to combat other rogue machines #gamedev

pencil drawing of Red Arrow from Shogun Blaster

three sprites of Red. the one on the left is labelled "new" and resembles a game boy sprite while the other two, labelled "old," have more color and are higher resolution, but a more simple design that sucks and just looks like i copied a star wars A-wing ship. the newer sprite has text underneath about how it's just the shape I'm updating and not the color because the game boy only displays graphics in black and white and red arrow is supposed to be red. the reason i'm updating the sprite at all is because the previous one didn't read well as a tiny gameboy sprite and i'm making a gameboy-style demake of shogun blaster to simplify the mechanics because i don't know what i'm doing
