So you have no clue as to where this human right for men to expose themselves that you talk of can be found or originated? Best not to claim it in future then?

The relevant law doesn't recognise trans women as women actually. Where do you believe the "right" of men to get their cocks out in front of women or sit around watching them undress comes from?

They're is no human right for men to get naked in the women's changing room. Where do you believe such a right originated?

You still can't get your cock out in the ladies. Nor will you be able to at the ponds. Cope.

They reached no decision but said the legal cases will have to come from individuals. They will.

The Equality Act is very specific about giving everyone the same rights regardless of their sex. Trans identified men have every right that any other man has and men have every right that women do. That's why it works

If you believe the journalist is wrong about the law, just piss off until you prove it. I'm not your research assistant.

The EHRC has already provided guidance. Read it for anything else you want.

Transition your gender till the cows come home. No one cares. The law on service provision is based on your immutable sex.

It means when a sign says women's, it means no males. Simple

Bod @bodmass.bsky.social · 27/01/2026
Actually the supreme court ruled it has always been biological since single sex provision was introduced in the Factory Act of 1901.

It's binary in law. That's all that matters in law.

As both the jolly fox batterer and a GC KC recently of the EHRC have pointed out, this story is an utter nothing burger.

The law remains sex based and has overwhelming popular support. (The guidance is actually irrelevant to the law)

Bod @bodmass.bsky.social · 27/01/2026
None of which changes how the judgement of the Supreme Court will be implemented by the courts. The guidance isn't the law.

Gendered bathrooms would be unlawful. Single self contained rooms are the gold standard, not a gotcha.

So explain why you believe the two issues are on a par in terms of women feeling comfortable. Women feel comfortable when they are safe.

Bod @bodmass.bsky.social · 18/01/2026
Aye you saying there is some form of relationship between being a black female and a trans identified male in terms of risk to, and thus comfort of women? Cos that sounds pretty damn racist from here.

They have the right to get changed for work without a semi naked man asking them when they will be taking their clothes off. What exactly is your problem with that?

"the case concerned a work colleague who identifies as a woman" Known as a man, as defined by UK legislation

Here's the Equality Act on what is a legitimate single sex space. Read 6 and tell me that doesn't cover sanitary facilities 😂😂😂😂😂

Bod @bodmass.bsky.social · 05/01/2026
The case was about that. The decision was unanimous. If the sign says women's, it means female only. All other interpretations are illegal 😂
220 2
Bod @bodmass.bsky.social · 05/01/2026
Yep. You don't appear to understand how the law work and have no interest in understanding it. Anything that isn't single sex or unisex is unlawful.
