#BlueSkyArtShow Frank (my dog) and I encountered quite a bit of #weather on our stick-throwing session at the beach today. But on the way home - soaking wet - we were rewarded with this sight. Or at least I was - I don't think Frank can see that many colours. Or cares :)

Hope you don't mind a question... I have a slice of pallasite encased in plastic like this. And it looks as if it's coming apart - like the plastic is coming loose in places. It's a very thin slice. Is there any way to save it?

For #BirdOfTheDay #crooners, birds singing. 1: Not the greatest photo but it was early in the summer and I was happy :) 2: A chaffinch has temporarily won the good spot on the roof. 3: That blackbird with the damaged eye ring was king of my back yard for several years. He was a cool dude.

I can not keep up with life ATM! I want to be out rockhounding and taking pictures, but no time. Here's a beautiful thing I found on the beach last time I was there. Unfortunately I only had my phone, so it's a bit bright. But imagine what a beautiful fossil this pine log will make some day 🥰
