Bike bunker: c.6 sq.m. Revenue p.a.: €600 Revenue per sq.m. p.a.: €100 (€165 unsubsidised) If this rate were applied to, say, a Land Rover Defender (10.7 sq.m. footprint) its parking permit should cost €1,070 p.a. (€1,765.50 unsubsidised). So DCC is subsidising parking a Defender by €1,725.50 p.a.

Yesterday I was re-elected as chair of the Union committee in work, spent two hours in my community garden after work and then got home to find part 2 (the t-shirt and sticker) of my @workingclasshistory.com starter pack had arrived. Maiden t-shirt voyage today. Happy International Workers' Day! ✊
