Day two and... My sister and I are cooking a shit ton of stuff, and prepping a few days... Still doing the chili sauce, salsa, and ketchup. And, keeping with the 140ish year old recipe... Spice blend by hand!

Tomato chili sauce next to its spices in a mortar and pestle. Cloves, mustard, salt, celery salt and chili powder blended.
