Harm reduction first! Make naloxone accessible, stop closing safe use sites, address the housing crisis. That would safe a lot more lives. Something nobody wants to admit is that drugs come from everywhere. It doesn't matter if you have the most secure border in the world. There is a market.

It's neat to see how OCD changes over time. My compulsions were very very minor when I was younger and got a lot worse when I developed cPTSD. Though ive always had bad intrusive thoughts. I also used to have a proclivity for my left side, now it's my right, huh!
