Don't ever let anyone put you down, my friend. Being a Mother takes courage, strength, and compassion. When I became a Mother myself, I was petrified. We didn't have a lot of money, the world was not in a really great place, and we had NO help. But my daughters are the best and I have no regrets.

I agree it is disheartening he received the votes he did. But, despite his lies about it, his win was NOT a landslide! What hurt were those who didn't vote because neither candidate was PERFECT. Guess what?They often aren't. Sometimes you have to choose the lesser of two evils.Not voting was wrong.

So, when you've lived in the same house for 11 years. Used the same bathroom... Sat in the same living room... You become attached. My husband and I are making a great leap of faith and moving back to the State we came from. Today is my last full day in this house. It's emotional.

I used to love going to DC. Since DJT became Pres, we don't go anymore. It's not the residents or even the homeless people which make me feel unsafe; it's the MAGA hat wearers, the masked ICE agents, and the armed National Guardsmen. It's truly breaking my heart and I feel helpless. 🥺😢😡

So, Pharmacy Benefit Mgrs are ridiculous.Last year I was put on medication for flare-ups of a slight ulcer.In Jan, my company switched to OptumRX.Their AI doesn't agree with MY DOC'S dosage and denied the script.I am having an episode, so I called CVS to ask how much without the PBM. Cost-Just $17!

I thought about doing that also. My hair is naturally red, so the silver coming in looks unusual.I hadn't seen my daughter in a few months.When she saw me she couldn't get over my hair.Point is...sometimes gray/silver highlights look great naturally. Think how much some women pay for 'highlights!'

As someone who has reviewed books 'pre-publication' myself, I try to let the publisher know directly what I find questionable about a book rather than just blast it.Hopefully the editor (or agent) can maybe take those recommendations to heart to discuss with the author.Some publishers appreciate it.

I made a batch of pickled eggs, just like my Grandma used to make. They were pickled with canned red beets, vinegar, and sugar to give them the lovely purple color.
