Greetings from Istanbul Airport en route to Mauritius. Have tickets for her Edinburgh gig in early December.

Had the correct word and, unfortunately, four other possibles three attempts from home and picked the wrong option each time. Hate that type of Wordle.

That’s good to hear, Nick. He is such a great songwriter and I’m excited beyond belief to be seeing him.

@leader-music.bsky.social Wont be tuning in tomorrow. Off to Glasgow to see @emmaswiftsings.bsky.social on Tuesday and James McMurtry on Wednesday. Photo of tonight’s gig of Wishbone Ash in Galashiels.

Thought it might have been “teach” but got stoke in 3 😀

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Still do it every day if only for the “ffs” moment which is almost inevitable 😀

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Ok. Just thinking that I have recently updated my Sonos App so that possibly explains it.

@leader-music.bsky.social Hi Richard. Just listening to the playlist on Tune-In. Is the track listing a new development?

100

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

My next tune in will probably be the 26th October. Am in Glasgow next Monday and off to Mauritius the following Monday for a couple of weeks.

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Thanks for a great show, Richard. Bit of an eclectic mix coming up for me in the next week or so. Wishbone Ash on Sunday, Emma Swift/Robyn Hitchcock on the following Tuesday and the great James McMurtry on the Wednesday. Happy days. Goodnight Richard. Goodnight everyone.

Wonderful. One of the highlights of last year was seeing them in Glasgow.

Thanks for playing this, Richard. So looking forward to his Glasgow gig.

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Where is auto correct when you need it?😂

010

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

This is absolutely fantastic. Will be taking a deeper dive into “Forest Dar Away”

110

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Am a big fan of Annie Keating and this is excellent. Between other gigs and holidays coming up disappointed that gig dates not suitable for me

010

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

In anticipation of James McMurtry in Glasgow next week could you please play “Pinnochio in Vegas” or “Annie” from his latest album.

010

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Thanks for a great show, Richard. Goodnight everybody.

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Cannot make her Scottish gigs but would strongly recommend. Great band with Joe Coombes on lead guitar

010

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Thanks Richard. A couple of back to back gigs for me in Glasgow. Robyn Hitchcock and @emmaswiftsings.bsky.social on the 29th and James McMurtry on the 30th.

Does that number include the album his record company allegedly forced him to withdraw 😀?

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Evening Richard. Evening all from a wet and windy Scotland.

051

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

In view of upcoming concerts in September could you please play “One of us must Know” by Emma Swift?

020

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Great show Richard. Lovely few words about Dolly Parton. Goodnight everyone.

020

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

They are really a sight to behold in full swing

030

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Seeing him/them at the Eastgate in Peebles on 30/12. My understanding is that Ross Wilson is doing an acoustic show at the Eastgate on the same afternoon

030

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Evening Richard. Evening all. Seems like a very long time since I have said that!

120

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

Hi Richard. Unless I am too late could you play Dolly Parton’s version of Brandi Carlile’s “ The Story”, please.

010

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 09/08/2026

Hi Richard. May have to miss Monday. My 72nd birthday is this coming Thursday and have family coming up from Leeds and Brighton (coming tomorrow and staying until Friday). However, could you play Sweet Dream by John Hiatt and Jerry Douglas in case I can slip away😀

020

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Sorry I missed the show tonight, Richard. Thanks for playing my request. Have a lump in my throat just reading your post. Goodnight everyone.

010

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

@leader-music.bsky.social Apologies Richard. Won’t be tuning in tonight as picking up Sheena in Edinburgh. May get back for the latter stages of the two hours 🤞

120

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

Happy birthday, Rachel. Hope you have a great day

110

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 31/07/2026

Will take you up on your Glen Hansard suggestion, Richard, although requesting “Winning Streak “ seems inappropriate. Saw him two years ago in Edinburgh and he was a force of nature onstage. Could not quite believe it when I heard the news on Wednesday.

120

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

Great finish to a great show. Thanks Richard. Goodnight all.

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

Mrs B and I are heading to Mauritius on 5 October but hugely tempted to see this fantastic double bill (Dreaming Spires and Annie Keating) in Glasgow on the 3rd

010

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

It’s on the Mustta Notta Gotta album. Only slightly different from the JDG version

010

bobbennett54.bsky.social @bobbennett54.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

Great pick, Mark. Have this track done by Joe Ely who (I think) played with JDG in the Flatlanders?
