I had a great uncle who was drafted during WWI. He was sent to a training camp in Indianapolis. After being there for a couple of months, he became very ill with the "Spanish" flu and died. He and my aunt had only been married for 9 months.

Heather, I'm not an attorney, but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn. There have been many times, in history, that SCOTUS has reversed itself. Look at the Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v Wade. But, it's usually an action that is years in the making, and it's never (??) the same judges.
