I happened to listen to German (English) news when I was up (too) early this morning here in Australia......... they were talking about Canada becoming an 'associate member' of the EU. They referred to the USA as a 'HOSTILE COUNTRY UNDER TRUMP'. This is how the rest of the world sees the USA now.
