Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Sorry, but I’m long past laughing. This is the face that embodies fossilized, badly-infected EVIL: his true odious nature! 000

Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 26/09/2026If 89,000,000+ had voted, Musk’s and Russia’s rigging of the 2024 election would’ve been inconsequential!! 021
Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 24/09/2026I know, I know… Musk & tRump rigged the election (they both admitted to it), but just imagine if every eligible voter had voted!! 000
Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 15/09/2026There’s no excuse for this! Everyone must vote!! Even though the vote was rigged by musk and putito, we would’ve won hands down regardless, had everyone voted! 000
Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 09/09/2026He’s *incredible*!! He left instructions for his poetry to be burned after he died. Thankfully it was saved! I learned the word ‘dappled’ and ‘stipple’ from his poem ‘Pied Beauty’. 150

Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 27/08/2026Voting is mandatory in Australia, they have 90+% voter turn out. We need to do the same here, urgently. 010
Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 26/08/2026I hadn’t heard about an island nation, but this is what I was taught: they were migrating south, looking to settle. A shaman had a vision of an eagle eating a serpent, and declared that would be the sign to seek. They found said eagle & snake, but they were on an island on Lake Texcoco, & they built 140
Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 26/08/2026Indeed! There are many in the ‘floating gardens’ of Xochimilco, on the outskirts of Mexico City, a magical, colorful place! 090
Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 26/08/2026Brilliant and beautiful! The Aztecs built Tenochtitlán (now Mexico City) on a lake. They made islands called ‘chinampas’ for their agriculture. 2321
Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 27/07/2026I’m devastated. My beloved mother died on Saturday night, 89 y/o. She was a shy, brilliant, great soul. She founded a school in Guadalajara at 28, wrote poetry (sadly lost in a house fire), danced, traveled, programmed, and was a philanthropist, even though her means were modest. So grateful for her 100
Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 18/07/2026Spanish conquerors carved a corn cob into the Virgin after the many failed efforts to destroy it. The corn cob is sacred to the indigenous peoples of Zapópan, Mexico, now it’s in the Catholic pantheon and once a year they pull a limo through Guadalajara, carrying the Virgin-corn cob. 131

Bea Butler @bming5.bsky.social · 22/05/2026That’s *wonderful*!! The Aztecs created floating gardens, or ‘chinampas’, for their agricultural needs. Tenochtitlán, the center of their empire was built on Lake Texcoco. It is now Mexico City. 1213
