Pale brownish green glazed faience figure of Bes squatting, with his legs drawn up and his hands on his knees, upon a flat plinth. The god has pendant breasts.
Condition: Headdress and top of back pillar not preserved; incrustation in hollows.

Standing figure of an ibis serving as container for mummified ibis. Wooden body, entire surface gilded. Conventionalized tail indicated by black paint over the gilt. Top of body cut for cover which runs entire length of body. Head and feet cast (solid?) in silver. Eyes of crystal outlined in gold. Incised necklace at base of neck. Mounted on oblong wooden base, apparently original, of rough work.
Condition: Intact. Minor chips along edges of cover. One section on front of body where gesso base has lifted and cracked. Gilt is covered with resin (?) which may be remains of a varnish.

Small faience cup with brilliant blue glaze. Hieroglyph inscription in dark blue, probably manganese, contained in a two column oblong. The inscription proclaims it to the property of Nesi-Khonsu. The entire inscription reads” Osiris, the Chief of the Great Harem Women of Amon-Re, Nesi-Khonsu”.
Condition: There are ancient defects in firing, otherwise perfect.

Probably part of a necklace. Hollow, and made of two halves. The top is patterned in repousse, and the bottom is tipped with a small pyramidal knob. Acorn is attached to a stem (gold tube) which is fastened to a small hollow bead pierced horizontally for suspension.
Condition: Stem separated form acorn; seam in stem partly open; small bead bent at join with stem; dent in one side of acorn.

Bifacially worked flint knife. The knife is lenticular in section with rounded tip, and convexly curved cutting edge. The handle is roughly crescent shaped.

Statue of a standing man in hard crystalline limestone. Conventional composition, frontal. Arms at sides, left leg advanced. Headless. Rear pillar carelessly inscribed for Wn-nfr, son of Ns’-b3-nb-dd.t and the sistrum player T3-sry.t-hnsw.
Condition: Head missing. Body assembled from two pieces. Scattered chips. Portions of surface seem to have been cleaned with an abrasive to remove incrustations.

Bowl with Floral Decoration www.brooklynmuseum.org/opencollecti…

One bronze bowl, hemispheric in shape. The interior is plain, but the exterior is decorated with a series of horizontal panels, each slightly concave. At the exterior base a 14 petal rosette has been executed in raised relief.

Condition: Excellent. A greenish lacquer covers the surface. This was found to be shellac. A small hole exists in the direct center of the relief rosette on the bottom which could have been the point of attachment to the lathe.

Terracotta figurine of woman. Head missing. High narrow waist, gracefully curving to pointed shoulders. No arms. Small breasts. Long legs, without feet, peg-shaped, their separation indicated by very shallow groove behind. "Steatopygy" pronounced; torso flat. Fine buff pottery, painted dark red on body, whitish, indicating cloth, from hips down to "below knees"; black dots on left breast.

Condition: Head missing. White paint largely rubbed off.

Fragmentary painting on whitewash over mudplaster of the upper part of a female figure identified through the remains of a text above the back of her head as Thepu, mother of Nebamun of Thebes. She has an ointment cone on her head; one arm is raised, the other hand holds a menat. The hair is black; she wears over an undergarment a white diaphanous shawl which leaves one breast bare. Outline irregular.

Golden laurel (?) rosette with eight petals. Rosette has a central boss at the base. The sleeve of each boss protrudes through the rear of the rosette. On the rear are two tube eyelets. Each petal curves concavely.
Condition: Top of boss dented; other small dents; dirt on rear.

Fragment of terracotta figurine of woman; torso and upper half of legs only. Arms were raised. Body flat. "Steatopygy" pronounced. Separation of legs indicated by shallow groove behind. Coarse, pale brown pottery, painted dark red on body, white, indicating cloth, from hips down.
Condition: Fragment, badly preserved. Broken at waist and mended. Head, arms and lower half of legs missing. Left breast chipped. White paint largely rubbed off. Glue on right shoulder, indicating existence of arm.

Large mummified ibis (a) wrapped in elaborately pleated brown and tan linen in the form of a human mummy. Separate Hem-hem crown (b) surmounts figure. Head attached separately with large projecting beak.
Condition: General condition good. Crown considerably decayed and in fragile condition. Linen is elaborately pleated and interlaced and the specimen is quite outstanding.
Partial skeletal remains of an ibis, along with a bone of a cat or a dog.

Blue-brown lapis lazuli figure of the goddess Maat. The goddess is seated, and crowned with an ostrich feather. The piece is schematically modeled in flattish planes with sharp corners. The plinth is rectangular.
