And it was the friendliest dog I've encountered in awhile. It also bugged me that it its owner had a massive chain around the dog's neck. 000

Skin color is an evolutionary adaptation/response to environment. If generations come up in colder environments, they tend to be lighter, with the opposite case in hotter ones. 000
