Sure it’s not there yet. But it’s not static. And the mythos release that shows that it is better at spotting vulnerabilities than the best programmers already. Which is only one part of creating code. But very important. You can create a quickbooks clone in less than an hour today for example

It’s not giving programmers the mastery of art. It’s giving artists the mastery of programming. Think of any “masterpiece” of tech. AI will allow anyone to build it perfectly eventually. So I think this is what she means about embracing it from the other side.

I do think the thing that most people are missing, is that the tech overlords desperately want AI to be something that can create literature and art in a way that they never can so that it can replace the people that they envy. But what they have created is something that can replace them.
