like y'all realize movies are basically promo to go pick up the VN's right? not meant to be a 1 to 1 adaptation. some people are genuinely miserable.

000

also visual novel fans when a movie adaptation doesn't cover every incident and characterization from a 80-100hr visual novel: 🤬🤬🤬🤬

With the new revelations coming out of the Ashes of Creation saga, I will never slander Star Citizen again holy shit.

Love that it took less than a week for the McCain trade to blow up in our faces. VJ is gassed, Maxey is gassed in second half of games, and you run into a situation like tonight where Grimes can't go.

Pablo Torre and Hasan crossover was not on my bingo card but I don't hate it

Turns out everyone pointing out the Patriots easy schedule to the SB was right. (also this Seattle defense is really really good)

Still can't believe we trade McCain so Epstein associate Josh Harris could evade the tax yet again.

bluunova @bluunova.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

i still can't believe they gave up on McCain for a bag of chips. Josh Harris you cheap bastard.

000

bluunova @bluunova.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

well i hate this. they clearly favor Grimes but i don't get why you give up on McCain on a rookie contract when you'll have to pay Grimes in unrestricted free agency in the summer. There's a world where we lose both Grimes and McCain.

people wondering why SM would debut vtubers in JP when Hololive exists (and on the idol side ISEGYE) that is to say there's an audience for it. (and i'd much rather this than the ai shit with naevis). also this looks super cute www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJ2X...

similarly for content creators there is zero reason they should be centralized on a single platform the way things are going.

000

bluunova @bluunova.bsky.social · 30/01/2026

one of the frustrating things is that people will call for a new platform but then be like "well not like that / its annoying there"

seeing microsoft stock fall...its almost as if people have been warning this ai bubble is just one big ouroboros that relies on a few key players and if one of them falls or weakens (in this case openai) the whole thing falls apart

000

bluunova @bluunova.bsky.social · 29/01/2026

and in the same vein what the hell was this trade man 😭

Firing Adrian Griffin and the dominos that fell since is genuinely crazy (Doc Rivers special)

Seeing the most surface level culture war bs takes on what was a pretty interesting admission by Jim Lee (how manga vs comics are viewed culturally and in terms of genre diversity) hurts my brain but also, I guess what else did I expect.

000

UpScrolled feels more like Tumblr or Instagram than a TikTok replacement. i feel slightly misled.

Crazy part is the Vikings had this version of Sam Darnold and let him walk!

bluunova @bluunova.bsky.social · 25/01/2026

Sam Darnold is going to a super bowl and is possibly(?) going to be the favorites.

i knew i always liked Haliburton. I just know the replies and quote tweets to this are probably the most vile shit given the platform but respect for speaking out nonetheless. It'd be easy to stay silent.

Fuck this Sixers team is fun to watch!! Embiid getting back into form

Everything I've seen/read from the LOTM game has put it to my most anticipated. Optimization will probably be hell but it looks soooo good.

bluunova @bluunova.bsky.social · 18/01/2026

damn. broncos lose Bo Nix and seahawks admin stealing the Umamusume gimmic from them too. cold world 😭

bluunova @bluunova.bsky.social · 18/01/2026

This is what a real offense looks like against this battered Niners defense. Man I hate Kevin Patullo 😭

Listening to talking heads just comment on how basic the routes were on that final play. Pointing out how we just refused to run slants across the middle against a depleated linebacker core all game. Literally everyone could see it except our own OC and HC apparently.

bluunova @bluunova.bsky.social · 12/01/2026

There is no reason Mike McDaniels shouldn't be on a flight to Philly monday morning. Hell, even Sirianni is on the line as far as I'm concerned for stubbornly sticking to what has been an obvious fault all season. Too many talented offensive coaches out of a job right now to not have a new OC.
