Happened to me & friend on train Tralee to Kerry. Reported it to Irish rail. They told me I should have told the driver of the train? Worst way to report that. Luckily enough, the racist homophobic guy dropped his ticket with his name. Reported him to GAA and they made him phone me with an apology.
