Fortnight Follow-Up : Friendly Neighborhood Carnage Did it technically work like we thought? Yes - worth noting again he will only gain power if cards move. Did it strategically work like we thought? Yes and No. Yes it fit well into move strategies but no it didn't breathe life into lesser ones.

Weekend Snap Design Thought : old America Chavez was simply Quicksilver / Domino at a higher cost. That she was too good and these cards are generally bad posits there exists a cost where this ability would be fine and that’s what they should have explored with the card.

Weekender 10/2 : The synergy between QOS and SIM is not great but it does exist. It's name is Shou-Loa. Find a QOS deck that uses him and throw SIM in that and that's probably your best bet. There's also a Horsey Gambit - Mother Askani - SIM thread you can pull at.

OTA Stream O’ Cowboy Thanos loses his pre-loaded shot This is a change. It does make him worse but how much is a question we’ll just have to play through. I think SD is underestimating the strength here as green, red, and orange all usially make him a “competitive mid range card” by themselves.

My take away from this draft compared to last one is that it's more fun to lose with a good deck that runs into a broken one than it is to lose with a crap deck that runs into a somewhat functional one. Again though - all the bad feelings in draft are because it's not draft...

Draft is back Important to remember that this is probably best considered "Planned Test #2" changes will be there but not as many as you think as they try to focus on looking at Sanctum scoring. What's interesting will be what comes out of this. What the next thing they do with it is.

OTA stream O' First off we have to talk about the elephants NOT in the room. There was no Cowboy Thanos (or Cowboy Jane) nerfs. This is pretty unacceptable as they are meta dominant with high win and cube rates. Can a lack of an OTA be cowardice? Whatever the strongest term applicable.

DRAFT REVIEW TLDR "Disappointing for me, but a success for Snap" TL So one big thing for me is Draft isn't draft. I know some people think this is getting lost in semantics but words matter and when you call something a word, it should meet basic expectations for the word. Draft doesn't.
