Brian Eno’s Music for Airports is pure atmosphere. Gentle, weightless & hypnotic, it transforms silence and space into something almost meditative. Perfect late night listen.🌙 #NowPlaying #Vinyl #Eno 🎧

One of my biggest influences as a musician, particularly as a guitarist. His violin style vibrato is completely unique and instantly recognisable the moment you hear it, you know it’s him. Mike Oldfield’s “Platinum / North Star” also features a theme borrowed from Philip Glass. #NowPlaying 🎧

Picked this up on Apple Movies for £2.99 a few weeks ago and finally watched it this morning. Really enjoyed it. John Paul Jones is one incredibly talented musician , although, let’s be honest, we already knew that. Becoming #LedZeppelin is well worth a watch.🎥

Rain Tree Crow ‘Rain Tree Crow’ (1991) Dark, spacious & very atmospheric. Sylvian, Karn, Jansen & Barbieri trade Japan’s sleek pop for something more mysterious and meditative. #NowPlaying 🎧

Fear of Music is Talking Heads at their most unsettling, angular guitars, paranoid grooves & a wonderfully edgy sense of unease. I was obsessed with it, along with my pals, back in the day, but Remain in Light was always the favourite. Listening now, this might just surpass it. #NowStreaming 🎧

I’m not sure whether to order Prog Bono’s album or not, I’ve never felt any inclination to listen to the first track he released again. Hope there are a few tracks where he encourages the guitarist to be in tune and drop that bloody falsetto.😁
