This Albertan needs help. She has cancer (Leiomyosarcoma) and was prescribed a specific drug, Trabectedin (Yondelis), which has been approved by Health Canada, and recommended by the Canadian Drug Agency, but Alberta doesn't cover it. Her FB post: www.facebook.com/crissy.warr.... #Alberta

I’m facing a $60,000 bill (10k every 3 weeks) while fighting metastatic cancer (Leiomyosarcoma)
This is a major policy failure and an example of how provincial decisions override national standards at the expense of patients. Im hoping you would share my story not only to help me but also other cancer patients impacted by lengthy delays.

@mark-carney.bsky.social It is my understanding that the US is planning to deport 1000’s of Ukrainian, Cuban and Venezuelan refugees from their country by order of President Trump. It is my request for you to look at providing refugee status to these people here in Canada. Thank you!
