I'm allergic to the birth control pill I got given, broke out in a rash so got given some creams and an allergy pill. Yesterday morning my throat began to get tight, I was advised to take another allergy pill but if I go blue or get worse go to the ER. Safe to say I'm not taking the pill anymore.

Can't sleep, depressed, head has too many thoughts from 100 to 200 a minute. I'm not tired but I should sleep, can't sleep brain won't stop. Never stops. Overthinking, intrusive thoughts, the stories don't help can't focus on them. If I sleep it can all stop, for a little while at least.
