I wouldn't call it high, but it is definitely a standard rate for a "rare" item in a game where you can farm the thing. It is also a ridiculously high rate for an item there are 4 or 5 in existence unless only like, 10 guilds can complete the raid successfully.

Add to that that you can't really automate fair use detection, it is a very vague concept that YouTube has no authority to decide on, so the only people you can make that decision are the copyright holder, or to involve the court. It is a problem that is just bigger than Google.

If there is, it is probably risky to attempt. Because yes, the youtube system is there to protect themselves, because they have the legal obligation to take down content when requested, as per the DMCA in order to keep from being liable for the content they host.

The problem is that, as Red says, legally speaking this is perfectly fine. It falls to the "infringer" to prove they are covered under Fair Use, until then the Rights Holder has the right to take it down. It would require a big change in legislation to stop this.

It is kind of a though spot to be. Because I think PeerTube expecting you to be familiar with webhosting to be able to host a fairly beefy project is reasonable, but like yeah, it is a bummer for prospective new users.

Because Shepard doesn't know anyone in the cast beforehand, or if they know someone it is mostly from work, so you get to shape those relationships, even the origin is mostly fluff that doesn't really have a bearing on who your Shep is. Hawke meanwhile is an established character with a past

The thing for me is: I can buy a physical videogame for my PS4, sure, but I am from latam. So not only is it likely that I won't find it in stock, it is also incredibly likely that it will be significantly more expensive. And that is before regional pricing. Digital is the affordable choice for me.
