In my previous post, I mentioned a project from earlier: I entered a two-page in an international comic competition. Theme was "Friendship"! To my surprise, I am now one of the title holders in the category "Professional" ;P Step by step in ALT Text! 1/2 #furryart #comic #art

Rough Pencil Fill and Layout-sketches of the Comic.
Overlay with a digital layout mask layer, in order to then sync the hand-drawn panels with the page layout better...

Lightbox work: Panellayout roughed in with pencil, contours and larger details transferred. Inkblocking with masking tape.

Layering of the marker shades and gradual increase of linework and details. Lines and colouring go hand in hand!

Page blocked before the use of the lighter colours and the warmer hues: Ink and Black is fully blocked, dark gray passes are set, most of the inking is also set. Inking will be revisited after the light colour passes. Black and dark gray is now final!

Earlier this year, I participated in a project, which reconnected me with my Copic markers and pens. So, I decided to give them another whiz for my Easter pic: Hence I came up with the Easter Bunny and the March Hare delivering fertility symbols by the means of an e-Scooter!
