A little bit of stretching never hurts, at least not me But don't worry, I would never injure @pupnailixad.bsky.social intentionally and I even use his favorite stretching toy, "EIN" from @nothosaur.com. This probably sounds like an ad, and it is, but he uses that toy at the start of every session.
