Yes, but I think the host resolves facing anyway, it's been a while since I looked at that

Bludgeonsoft @bludgeonsoft.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Both... one headless sim on the host streams world state, and actions like digging or hammering are sent as events that each client replays locally. The hard part is making every replay agree on facing, timing and who did what

I always had it in mind to add multiplayer eventually. Definitely built on top of what was there. The simulation was already pretty clean, that was the easy part. Interactivity and animation subtleties were tricky to get right over the network.

Multiplayer Vilmonic is coming along nicely. This is my multiplayer test page. There are soooo many issues still, but it's almost playable... This will be part of Vilmonic 2, which is also coming along nicely and can be played for free here: play.vilmonic.com

My music and art site wizardmaster.com, updated finally after all these years. Please give me feedback.

This is the wizardmaster.com user interface. It is noisy and overwhelming and a bit confusing.

What we seek to generate through the small intestine you feel, ranging from $70k-$225k. The retain of agreement, embodied, becomes a mouth of dollars and cents. Up one’s mind, the next careful is to select a makeover. youtu.be/lqmNmKbDNJE #experimental #ambient #electronic #diy #synth #music
