I DO have an huge issue with it because it normalizes it. Age gap is fine when they’re both adults, not when one is barely a teenager and the other is a fully established adult.

They’re one of the few hold outs. They have a very dedicated cis hetero male fan base. It’s fine for their 16 year old protagonist to date their teacher and local doctor. But a boy their own age? Too much work. 🤡

They’re forgetting their very gay roots. They had every opportunity to add at least ONE queer relationship and they didn’t. They didn’t even make the persona 3 remake like p3p and have both the male and female protagonist. They’re clearly quite comfortable where they’re at 😒

Recently confirmed you CANNOT romance Yosuke in persona 4 revival and the devs explanation was: if we made one gay then we’d have to make them all gay and that’s too much work. Are yall fuckin kidding me. Honestly getting really tired of the SMT and Persona series. Gonna cancel my preorder.
