I have 4 more weeks of home health. A LOT of work needs to be done. But I got outside!

Me a white woman with cat eye glasses, a pink mask, in a blue hospital gown (seriously) sitting in a wheelchair outside.

That is the ceiling, for perspective. She put what I need for low blood sugar in the afternoon on the TOP shelf. I can't even reach it with the grabber. That's helpful! Thank you. 🫩

Nokia smoothie packs placed on the top shelf of a pantry. The ceiling can be seen, and I am in a wheelchair.

We are currently raising money to pay for medical costs next year as I am evaluated for an MS diagnosis. For every donation, I will paint a rock and send it out into the world to give back positive energy. ko-fi.com/aleyen

A small rock painted black, then the bird from KPop Demon Hunters is painted on in white. He has a top hat and 3 gold eyes in succession down hus face. He has a very unamused look on his face as well.

I do my exercises all day. They are very light, and I have been told that I can do them continuously as tolerated, so no worries there, but my yellow band just snapped in half! If that doesn't say I'm working hard, I don't know what does!

A rock with an amature painting of the scene mentioned in the post. There is green grass with white flowers, and on the right are two stick figures fighting with quarterstaffs. A rock, with a view into a place with trees, stars, and a moon. It's messy and very amature, but the sky is a blend of blues and white, and the cracks on the edge are made with thick pines instead of thin because that is what was available.

Me, a white woman in the shower. It's just my head, and my hands are tilted under my head. I am wet and extremely happy, which can be seen in my big smile and bright eyes. The shower head with water spraying out can be seen from behind.
