After losing our beloved Jack a month ago, we have adopted Jaxx from a Rescue. Jaxx, like our Jack has a heart of gold, is loyal and loves his human Mam. We are so smitten already.

My poor little Jack will be crossing the Rainbow Bridge this week. The first photo is of him about 1 years old, the second one is 14 years old. He is extremely poorly. We are absolutely devastated and heartbroken. Nothing can replace him 💔

Can't sleep so I have a question. Why do People pay silly amounts of money to go to a Concert, then watch the whole thing on their mobile or get so drunk they can't enjoy it ?🤷‍♀️ (Not Coldplay btw )

To be fair, Rachel Reeves is 46. At that age, Women's hormones are all over the place. I cried at stupid things in work, I had alot going on in my personal life and it didn't take much to set me off. Most horrible comments I have seen are from Men who haven't got a clue. Give her a break !

It also looks like Farage has transferred all the shares over to Reform 2025 Ltd, the exact same day he gave Reform to it's 'members'. He certainly doesn't do anything for nothing.

It appears that Farage has transferred the shares over to his new Company Reform 2025 Ltd. He is now a Director of the new company and obviously the main Shareholder. He doesn't do anything for nothing

It's a Snow Day. (Not really but that's what the pattern is called) Started this blanket/throw beginning of January. It's taken 1,500 grams of aran. Gifting to my Mother as the colours match her bedroom and she's over the moon with it.

If I pay £25 to a company but receive nothing back then I would think that I have been scammed and would report to Action Fraud. Why is Reform charging £25 per year membership fee yet offer zilch in return ? Grifters got to grift.

These are companies that Reform allege are Partner organisations. Pleased I no longer have BT as my phone and internet supplier.

I have to make a heatbreaking decision. My beloved 14 year old Jack is not very well. I need every bit of strength I can find. I can't think straight. This is a photo of him from Christmas.

28th January 1986, 39 years ago today, Space Shuttle Challenger exploded 73 seconds into flight whilst launching into space. The Families were watching from NASA. Will never forget this tragedy as it happened on my 18th birthday.

He would hand over our NHS to Trump tomorrow if he could. Farage is a liability and it's astounding how many still believe the lies he spouts. Didn't they learn from Brexit ?

Today I have been in quite a good mood, even though a convicted Felon is being sworn in as President and I will not travel to the US for at least 4 years. Then this popped up on my Facebook feed. I'm now completely lost for words.

Have watched 2 very interesting and excellent movies on Netflix. The 6 888 and Hidden Fiqures, both well worth a watch. The discrimination and racism was absolutely appalling.

If the NHS is privatised that would mean bankruptcy for myself and my Husband. We would have to sell our home which we have worked hard for all our lives. With both of us having rare illnesses, my Husband also has prostate cancer. No way we could afford health insurance. This has to be stopped.

Unfortunately, we in Wales have Senedd Elections next year. Reform are polling on par with Labour. If Reform win power, I dread to think what will happen. It may just be too late for us here.

1 I'm a homeowner: good thing, however this is me being selfish. I really feel for the younger generation these days, not being able to afford a house or to rent.

I honestly believe that Trump and Musk are trying to get their grubby paws on the NHS and the only way they can do this is via Farage. Farage would happily hand it over to them, that is why they want Labour out and Reform in. Reform supporters would obviously reject this. Frightening times.

010

Sarah 'Crochet and knit' Grinter @blodwyn5.bsky.social · 04/01/2025

I'm deeply concerned with Trump and Musk (who isn't ?) They will do anything to get their grubby paws on the NHS and the Person to hand it to them will be Farage. Another reason why they back him and Reform. Something must be done before it's too late.

Most of the humour is Welsh humour though and all of it filmed in Wales (Barry and Dinas Powys) and yes I'm aware of some cast being from Essex and found them hilarious also. I have watched every episode and loved every single one, but understand it's not for everyone.

Living just half a mile from Barry, I loved Gavin & Stacey, but I guess being Welsh I also understand the humour and know it's not for everyone. It really has put Barry on the map though which is fantastic for the area.

A fond farewell for Gavin & Stacey at 7pm on BBC1 this evening. Will be sad to see the end of this wonderful sitcom. My Brother used to live in the same street in Barry as Gwen and Uncle Bryn. That's his claim to fame 😂
