I'm so sorry you had to deal with this shit; nobody deserves this and it's horrible to hear you were directly targeted and had to deal with these people. I really appreciate the list of evidence, it makes it much easier to stand behind and put in front of other people to make this more well known.

Adding onto this, I just checked their discord and found out that any mentions of anything of the sort in the past have been deleted and the corresponding users banned and that you cannot make new posts. I would love to see the bottom fall out on all of this and these guys end up investigated.

Signal boosting this because this is how I found out the reTHAWed project is unfortunate a bucket of radioactive waste. Lead devs are outwardly racist, have allegedly spammed servers with gore and CP, and are just generally the worst kind of humans imaginable. Stay the FUCK away from reTHAWed.

Having the brain to utilize household tech like this to actually perform proper mocap and then apply it to a game is arguably cooler than the end product itself. This is INSANE

Secondary bit of info- I did try multiple other SSD's just to test and the behavior was consistent in that the PS2 would not identify the drive at all after installing the image. Reseated ribbon and power cables in the adapter just to be completely certain it wasn't a connection issue.

Blizzrdball @blizzrdball.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

That's correct, yep! I bought the same Kingston A400 SSD that CosmicScale showed off in the 2.0 overview/tutorial video

I should also mention I did go to psx-place for this awhile back and didn't end up getting any meaningful information that actually helped me. I understand there's been some significant changes to the project, but there seems to be a "preferred" setup that uses the original adapter converted to sata

Blizzrdball @blizzrdball.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

This is a highly specific question, but do you know what network adapter I need to get to swap the PCB in my original Sony adapter would be for PSBBN? I bought the Game Star one, swapped the board, and it would never register my Kingston SSD I got for the purpose

My Focusrite always pitched my voice down like 3 octaves and I never understood why, how is this such a consistent problem 😭

Want to chart that one song nobody else has charted for Rock Band 3 but REAPER setup seems hard? I just updated the REAPER charting setup guide over at guides.milohax.org/en/charting/... Made and tested for Windows along with Arch, Debian, and Fedora based distros.

A screenshot of a REAPER project for a chart of Dsco by Sweet Trip showing Pro Keys, Pro Drums, five fret guitar and bass all on expert, along with vocals and a venue preview.

There's groups of people, some who just want to play the game and appreciate what is and what was, and then some who really want to dig in, understand how it all works, contribute and add, and build on top of what we all know and love in order to see the entire plastic instument space ascend

Blizzrdball @blizzrdball.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

I feel like the advent of Stage Tour in the space has done a lot to shine a light on who all is in this for a nostalgia trip and to just press buttons (which is totally fine, mind you!) and who in the community is really about this shit and wants to see it grow and thrive into something greater

I just did a 100% playthrough of this game last year after having only played the demo as a kid and I was incredibly impressed by both how well it aged and how well put together the whole package was. Incredible game for it's time

Ronald McDonald, Jack in the Box, and Chuck E. Cheese simply off the basis that whatever they would do to me would be worse than what anyone else on the list would do. Plus the Green Giant because Big.

pack.ini's offset function is supposed to be the remediating tool for stuff like this but staying on OpenITG will definitely be a massively limiting factor differing offsets in content

Check out Duck and Xscape! Both arcades just got Maimai DX recently and caused a massive resurgence in our local community, plus Duck has a handful of older games on private network as well.

Every single one of them was a kidnapping. Every apprehension, arrest, and arguably even citizen interaction needs to be reviewed and potentially prosecuted if the evidence indicates what happened was illegal. Which, an insurmountable amount was based on what we've seen.

And fight back against issues in the real world where I'm equipped and able to handle the problems I can make a tangible impact on.

Blizzrdball @blizzrdball.bsky.social · 10/04/2026

It's not for a lack of will or care towards the issues that matter. I'm getting hit with psychic damage every single day at what's happening; but I think the best thing that I can personally do is continue to insert joy and creativity and positivity where I have the energy to do so

140

Blizzrdball @blizzrdball.bsky.social · 10/04/2026

Personally, I've relegated to minimizing my impact on the internet unless I have something fun or interesting to share that I either enjoy or made. There's so much noise on the internet right now, and the only thing I really care to do is increase the signal portion of that signal to noise ratio.

TDoV: I've found myself naturally come to have a lot of trans friends throughout the recent years. Some before and during their transition, others as they are. I've made missteps in words I've said now and again, but every single one of you who has entered my life has a place and are valued (1/2)
