Me when I have to tell my well meaning friends that being a complete pacifist means letting the worst people inflict untold suffering across the world unchecked:

Out of curiosity I redownloaded Fire Emblem Heroes to see what had changed when I played it literally the first month it released. uh why do I need a degree to read these fucking ability descriptions now? Excuse me??

I really don't see much use in trying to make some of the late recruits usable when I have freaks on my team already.

Things I see while at a state park today: PLEASE

A lovely chart of state trees, with "Be careful with our stately treasures" at the top and Smokey Bear at the bottom.

Smokey Bear giving you the Care Bear Stare with a small caption at the bottom saying PLEASE

Most of these shouldn't be a surprise for anyone who listens to me yak about games. Megaman X/Legends are interchangeable, Legends wasn't on there.

Average FF fan: Oh Vivi, my sweet, lost child; you were awesome in Final Fantasy IX! MtG fan: I would not piss on you if you were on fire. Since I set you on fire in the first place.

For everyone who has played any variation of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, you owe it to yourself to go check out Torneko's Mystery Dungeon! It's the game that whole ass style of game derived from, and it's STILL one of the best ones out there, let alone remastered!

Having children and approaching the latter half of 30 in a few years, coming to terms with your death, and the themes of leaving the world a better place than when you were in it hit like a brick to the face these days.

It also has one of the best boss fight culminations of any series ever, from the music to the mechanics, and the two old men beating the crap out of each other in between ❤️

"Nah wait You look tuff I'm taking a photo" The doomed yaoi was there from frame 1 of this game and they played it absolutely perfectly

An old man and his mother in a sewer system, pointing an M4 Custom at his loverbrother

Said loverbrother blowing the fattest clouds like a Big Boss

Two aging gentlemen doing the vertical mambo, so nice to see them getting along

I will not accept any slander on MGS4, I have waited almost 2 whole ass decades to replay this and this game still has a special place in my heart. And it being "just a movie" is such a copout when people watch 2+ hour movies and binge shit constantly. Allow me to show you my trip through it. /🖼🧵

I don't think I could ever recall a game that filled me with equal parts unbridled joy to see the story finished, but also abject horror as to what the FUCK is actually going to happen to get to that finish line.

Makes my day to know they made a Cid, Timeless Artificer MTG art for every Cid in Final Fantasy. Need to make a Graha Tia deck with these in it just to be funny. Also funny new image thing go brrrrr
