31 for feritin is still considered low. But I'm hoping the doctors do a lot of exams and tests to make sure they find the reason of your problem. Just try to rest and not force yourself, your body needs to recover and keep its energy as much as it can. Take care💕

but you may have some genetic predisposition to have low ferritin, which can create a snowball of events like the ones youre going through. Im glad the doctors are doing lots of exams just to make sure. I hope they find the origin of your low iron and why its not absorbed as it should. Stay safe!💕

Im going through the same. And taking iron orally actually caused me to have a chronic gastritis. So Im gonna have to go tomorrow to take it into the vein instead cause i cant take it orally. giving it in the vein might actually help your body take it better, -

Just that alone can cause a lot of other problems like what youre feeling, the dizziness, bad vision, blurry and even seeing in tunnel like vision. Being tired all the time, barely being able to move. If your ferritin never goes up, you might be in a vicious cycle.

This sounds like your body isn't absorbing the iron well. Having Iron that low gives those symptoms, and not just that. It can give very bad migraines. You definitely have anaemia, but not the type where your hemoglobin is low, more like you have no iron savings in your body at all.
