They are huge! Was just in the park labor day weekend and there was one walking down the middle of the road. I was driving right next to it. It was amazing to be that close and get feel for just how big they really are.

The story on the Yellowstone Through the Lens group said it was rutting season and males get cantankerous. It was hanging around the campground causing trouble. I guess it had charged at a couple of people without hitting them before this happened. The photographer was in the campground and 1/2
