My parents (who I love a ton) did not prepare me to be an adult and I assume it was a weird way to retain some control of my life. 120

I feel them, but I am not them? I am mostly confused, unprepared. I achieve a thing, reach a goal, and I ask myself “now what?” instead of enjoying it. 110
