I can see why interactions are turned off but I have similar sentiments. They’re not for me, but people like them, they the ethos has seeped into things I like. I didn’t love the new PoP, 2-D Metroid and struggled with the demo for Castlevania that dropped last week because of brutal combat.

Rolled credits on Star Fox Adventures on NSO. Beat it on GC a few times but haven’t played it in well over a decade and a half. I get the criticism, but I still think it’s a highly enjoyable Zelda-like. Would really like to see the alternate universe without the SF license attached.

Rolled credits on Wolverine with 90 percent of the trophies. Overall a well acted but predictable story in a wrapper that’s effectively a high budget movie game. If that’s good enough for you, you’ll enjoy it but most are best waiting for a price drop.

If I had a nickel for every time Insomniac made a super hero game where a friend/trusted mentor becomes the big bad, I would have 4 nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that they spent hundreds of millions of dollars to tell the same story 4 times.

Back in 2007, I bought DKR DS. Being a broke ass student, I traded it in for Lunar Knights when I realized it wasn’t a 1:1 port. Rebought it the weekend and just beat Wizpig 2.
