Snapped this house number on my street to make a birthday card for one of the kids — she's obsessed with her birth day, number 22. #22 #Catch22 #Ceramics #SantPereDeRibes
Square ceramic tile mounted to a brick wall. A border is composed of two parallel painted green lines with a simple repeating leaf and stalk design set between them. Inside that frame is the hand-painted number 22.

Photo of a staircase taken from the bottom. The image packs a visual punch due to the brightly coloured advertising/signage that is formed by graphics on each of the risers. These are in Japanese, so I can't understand them, but there is a bit that says "60%, Five Star" and then a small pictorial element with what looks like a cat in a swimming cap, presumably some kind of brand mascot. Overall the image is very saturated with yellow, which affects the red, white, black, and blue hues that form the advertisement.
