still needs trim and transitions, but our first-ever attempt at lvp flooring turned out pretty great. to be fair… literally anything would’ve been an upgrade from the before. (this is an apartment above the bar that we’re also working on.)

Rusted out bottle cooler was sealed to the floor and brought up several layers of flooring as we tried to remove it

Cooler out! Coolant came in from the basement through a hole in the floor. Newspaper we found behind it was from 1979.
