The letters will slowly morph into “BRUNSON” because you’re now in the twilight zone I don’t make the rules.

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 08/06/2026

I’ve been saying Hawks challenging NY in RD1 was the best thing to happen to us, so I’d say it’s a fair trade especially if Knicks win it all.

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 19/05/2026

Yup, same way Cavs matched up better vs DET than Knicks even though Knicks were more talented.

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 19/05/2026

I’d include: do NOT fall in love with the 3. You were red hot but had a long layoff, so shots may not go in right away. Need to stay aggressive and get to foul line, especially in 1Q

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 03/02/2026

That’s a whole lot to net Alvarado and lesser pieces. No way to get Saddiq Bey in the process?

110

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 13/10/2025

Mike Breezy wasn’t lying about resting his guys lol, but all jokes aside I do see him looking to rest guys against the lesser teams all season and not mad at it.

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 09/09/2025

Why rush the rookie if you signed Jameis? I was already baffled they signed Wilson after him, but you may as well use all your vets in the qb room and let Dart learn until around weeks 6-8

Kinda surprised that of the Gonzaga teams included here, the Adam Morrison 05-06 group wasn't there.

Sir, the mute button is currently on.

000

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 24/06/2025

I like this guy, but couldn't help but think of all the floaters Haliburton dropped on us in that game 6 from that "difficult shot" area Nori highlighted 😩

100

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 23/06/2025

Do you think the best answer may be inward, in Dadiet or Tyler?

120

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 18/06/2025

You seem very sensitive over how someone FEELS about what they're reviewing. No concrete determination was given. Deep breath big dawg.

000

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 17/06/2025

I know I'm selling Pacers short here but the last 2 games have had a "luck ran out" sort of feel to it.

100

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 16/06/2025

Of all coaches that are reportedly connected with the Knicks hiring search, which has the best fit with the current roster in terms of their philosophy & schemes?

000

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 13/06/2025

The wild thing to me is Thibs is widely known for living in the gym & film room. If so then what's he doing with all that extra time, looking at the same plays & strategies over and over? You'd think someone w that rep would coach like Carlisle currently is 🤷🏾‍♂️

110

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 11/06/2025

He really needs to be a top priority. All this hunting for big names that are already attached to teams is an exercise in futility.

110

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 11/06/2025

This is so dumb if true...he makes the most sense with his familiarity with the roster and forward thinking approach (unlike Thibs). The fans would be sold on him because many saw him as a successor of sorts. Why they're going for guys already contracted to coach other teams is beyond me.

010

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 11/06/2025

This is like when Sam Rothstein was told he just needed to keep applying for a gaming license to keep running the casino. This administration is a straight up mafia cosplay.

000

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 11/06/2025

To me Bryant makes the most sense and honestly should've been the 1st option. His familiarity w the players + forward-thinking approach (aka the antithesis to Thibs) could have easily been sold to the fanbase imho. All these request & denials just give "we don't know what we're doing" vibes.

Translation: Secretary Rubio's primary role is to lick the entire circumference of the president's anus, and ask if the president would like him to repeat that action.

010

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 06/06/2025

That feature run really convinced them he was at a higher tier than he really was. Cute punchlines tho.

000

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 05/06/2025

I mean if Kendrick and Drake taught us anything...

010

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 05/06/2025

The more i think about it the more that's who I want.. already has equity & respect w the team and is more of a forward thinker. Feel like he can get more out of Kolek/Hukporti/Dadiet. The year in CLE I believe also helped his dev as a coach. As of right now, he's my #Knicks coaching pick.

100

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 03/06/2025

My guess for next #Knicks coach: 1. Mike Malone 2. Johnnie Bryant 3. Mike Budenholzer 4. Jay Wright For me, in that order.

000

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 03/06/2025

Seems like Knicks will run it back w our starting 5 + Deuce/Mitch...Who are some realistic FA targets that can compete for that 8th spot with Precious & Shamet?

010

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 28/05/2025

It'd also help if KAT was placed more in high post sets (i.e. Hartenstein) and trusted to find guys or attack from there. He's not as good a passer, but if worked on he can act as a 2nd creator to Brunson the way iHart was.

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 23/05/2025

Enjoying the little time they have before MJ shows up 😂

000

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 22/05/2025

Joe Budden, he's the curse. They lost the Pistons game and Celtics game he went to as well.

👑 @blackjackraf.bsky.social · 20/05/2025

Unpopular opinion- as someone who hates "slow burn" seasons of shows, S3 was a GOOD slow burn. Character dev was done right imho and should set stage for an awesome S4.

I remember vividly all the shit talk from the Pacers after they defeated my injured Knicks team in 7. I want blood

One of our worst draft picks considering who was on the board: SGA, Mikal, Miles Bridges (yes dodged a bullet but at the time better choice), MPJ (understood w injury). Knox came to the draft with a Fortnite suit-lining and Fizdale said he was addicted to that game. So many red flags ignored smh.

Easy to take this era for granted...at this time in past years we were used to scouting the rookie class and praying for the top lottery pick until Mark Tatum would break our hearts. We've come a long way.

At this juncture, however they can offload bridges to create that apron flexibility to get Donte back, I'm all for it. Mikal's been a massive disappointment imo.

Not for nothing that's why it's important for coach to politic for his team like Thibs did...wish he did that last year's IND series
