Look I don't disagree that it should be safer for people to zip around on silent wheeled metal frames with no protection. Bikes are a lot of fun.
I just think there are better ways to accomplish that than calling everyone using post-Amish technology a bloodthirsty killer. If you feel that way,
...put your money where your mouth is and:
1. tell all of your car driving friends they are murderers
2. boycott all goods transported by truck (since they are larger with taller hoods, they are even more murderous)

Don’t know how FairVote’s sample paper ballot format would handle the 2013 Australian Senate election’s 57 parties above the line or minimum 15 candidates per state below the line. Oval markings are preferred in the US over numeric marks or check marks, so limiting the slots makes sense.
FairVote’s sample ranked choice (aka “party preferential voting”) ballot for U.S. House of Representatives under Fair Representation Act: “You may vote in one of two ways: Either by Party (Rank up to 4 parties in your order of preference. Fill in only one oval per column.) Or by Candidate (Rank up to 6 candidates in your order of preference. Fill in only one oval per column.)”

Parties listed with candidates: Democratic (Emily Campbell, Mateo Garcia, Naomi Lang), Libertarian (Dwayne Bragg, Priya Patel), Republican (Andrew Collins, Sofia Gonzalez, Michael Osei), Working Families (Fatima Al-Sayed, Daniel Kim).

Democrats overtake Republicans on election day turnout
Democratic Party voters have taken the lead in election day turnout, erasing Republican Party voters' early advantage.

About 49% of the 770,000 Georgians who had voted as of 5 p.m. Tuesday had cast Democratic Party ballots, according to state figures. By comparison, 48% of voters cast Republican Party ballots. The rest chose nonpartisan ballots.

Georgia is an open primary state, meaning registered voters can choose to participate in either party's primary election.

The strong election day turnout is in addition to the advantage Democrats built up during early voting.

Of 1 million voters who cast their ballots before election day, 57% of them chose Democratic Party ballots.

GOP voters slightly narrowing Democratic turnout lead
Georgia Republicans are gaining ground on Election Day, but Democrats still hold a significant turnout advantage overall.

The Georgia Secretary of State’s office says Republican primary voters slightly outnumber Democratic voters among the roughly 400,000 ballots cast so far Tuesday.

But Democrats entered Election Day with an early-vote edge of roughly 150,000 ballots statewide, giving the party a cushion Republicans are still trying to erase.

The turnout battle matters beyond bragging rights. Democrats hope their advantage boosts candidates in the closely watched Georgia Supreme Court races, where the party is backing challengers Jen Jordan and Miracle Rankin in officially nonpartisan contests.

Georgia Democrats last led the vote in a gubernatorial primary in 2006. However, 2006 ended up being the worst-ever performance for a Democratic nominee for Governor (Mark Taylor). He also underperformed Dems for SOS, AG, & Commissioners for Labor and Agriculture. Let’s uhhhh, not do that again.

REVIVE YOUR STATE DEFENSE FORCE NOW

CONTACT YOUR GOVERNOR & STATE REPS

Across the United States, institutions and the police won't uphold the law or protect communities. The National Guard can be federalized. Only ordinary people show they are ready to protect the law and their homes. Give them the legal and state power to do it. Revive your State Defense Force (SDF) now to do what others will not.

State Defense Forces (SDFs) are the United States irregular forces. They descend from the original volunteer and professional militias which served and protected the colonies and early America until the military professionalized in the early 1900s. In 2025, only 20 states have active, small, underfunded SDFs. They are lawful, funded by the states, and can never be federalized unlike the National Guard.
SDFs can be used for purposes including disaster response, community safety, and providing security for state officials, buildings, and events such as elections.

We must revive, expand, and fund SDFs to serve our communities. Contact your governor and representatives to demand they revive and expand your State Defense Force as a mixed professional and volunteer force open to the public. Demand that they provide training to allow the public to develop critical skills to serve their state. Demand that they empower you to serve and protect your state, your rights, your values, and your community as you are able, whenever necessary.

Wikipedia: “Tamara Adrián (born 20 February 1954, in Caracas) is a Venezuelan politician, who was elected to the National Assembly of Venezuela in the 2015 Venezuelan parliamentary election. She is noted as the first openly transgender person elected to office in Venezuela, and only the second openly transgender member of a national legislature in the Western Hemisphere. Some early media coverage credited her as the first openly transgender member of a legislature in the Americas, but this was later corrected due to the election of Michelle Suárez Bértora to the Senate of Uruguay in 2014. In 2023 Tamara became the first openly transgender candidate in a presidential election.”

Oregon could have had real proportional representation in their state house. Incredible:
States could adopt this method for their legislatures without any federal approval; proponents like Drutnam are already pushing proposals to do just that in several states, including California. An Oregon lawmaker, Democrat Farrah Chaichi even introduced legislation in 2023 to switch state House elections to this system; her proposal was that all Oregonians vote in one statewide election that would decide the chamber’s composition proportionally.(2)(a) The Representatives shall be chosen by the electors of the state as a whole under
a closed-list proportional representation system established by the Legislative Assembly by
law in accordance with the requirements set forth in this subsection.
(b) Each major political party and minor political party that operates in this state and
that wishes to participate in elections for the House of Representatives shall internally
produce and make publicly available a list of candidates numbered one through the total
number of Representatives fixed by law under section 6 of this Article.
(c) At each general election, any elector of this state may vote for candidates for the
House of Representatives by casting one vote for a single political party that has produced
and made publicly available a list of candidates in the manner described in paragraph (b) of
this subsection.
(d) Following the tallying of votes in the general election, Representatives shall be elected
by:
(A) Determining the number of votes that are cast for each political party under paragraph (c) of this subsection;
(B) Awarding one elected Representative to each political party for each full vote share
seat quotient received by the political party at the general election;
(C) Awarding any additional elected Representatives that are necessary to make the total
number of elected Representatives equal to the number of Representatives fixed by law under
section 6 of this Article by use of the D’Hondt method for allocating seats in party-list proportional representation systems; and
(D) Having the individuals who are elected as Representatives be those:
