Our contract requires the Library provide a "good reason" to deny a union-approved use of our sick bank. Arbitrarily deciding a
member has used the sick bank "too much" doesn't meet that criteria.

If we let the Library and City decide that Eve's management of her terminal cancer is an "undue burden" to the Library and
therefore cannot use the sick bank, there will be nothing to stop them from saying the same thing for every member who comes after her.

This sets a dangerous precedent and goes against the fundamental purpose of having a sick bank available to employees.
