Constitutions of GOP-led states are ignored in the interests of White supremacy. DeSantis' push to redraw a congressional map violated the Florida Constitution. Plaintiffs argue the map defied the Fair Districts Amendment, which prohibit drawing districts to favor/disfavor a political party.
