💪 15 classes in, and I’m officially hooked on reformer Pilates! For the first time ever, exercise is a priority, and I'm up to 3–4 classes a week. Good thing it only took me 38 years to find a physical activity (other than walking!) I enjoy.

Nothing quite like a breakthrough seizure cluster and a trip to emergency. 2.5 years into our epilepsy life and it is getting easier to deal with this stuff but still a complete bummer. 🤞 the cluster is over and we get back on track.

One perk of my job is access to a state of the art pipe organ in our school's chapel, allowing me to restart a beloved hobby. Yesterday's early morning view when someone forgot to close the curtain. Blinded but musical!
