Shisto peppers will be blistered on the grill ...some eaten..most frozen.

About 100 Shisto peppers. A mild pepper..the get cooked whole until charged then seasoned with flaky sea salt. Many will be freezed.

It's weird feeling like this..but I'm going to make the best of it. I will also stay in the air conditioning..read a book..watch some Hallmark...toss a couple burgers, hot dogs and chicken on the grill. This is our country!!🎇

I was doing this last year..instructions said to put a touch of salt in the bee water? My bee baths froze and cracked this winter..will get new ones when I return.
