Zakharova missed a volley into the net while serving down 2-5 and the umpire gave the point to Zakharova instead of Naomi. Then, Naomi got broken serving for the match so we're at 5-4 now, back on serve. This set should literally be over already😮 Now it's 5-5. A set that Naomi won 6-2 is now 5-5

Naomi has already won the 1st set, but because the umpire got the score wrong, Naomi is serving up 5-3. The set should have been 6-2. I've never seen the umpire get the score wrong and not correct it during the same game.

Re: KA-a 100% clear murder trial doesn't need gentleman's agreements, off-record Waller 'invocations' (violations), unpublished trial records, a jury that excludes Black people, or a prosecutor who cross-examines defense witnesses then gets called as a witness by his own team to get a conviction.

Where I grew up, there was a saying "If you're scared, go to church."🤷🏿‍♀️ It wasn't about the justice system, but if applied to the justice system the translation would be: "If you're scared, go with the solutions that don't violate the constitutional rights of defendants who kill assailants at 17."

I recognize the name Dewey Mitchell. This is the jury selection expert the prosecution used in the original trial. He's the guy who ensured there were no Black jurors. The prosecution choosing him to question lead prosecutor/DA Wirskye is interesting. Why not use him all along instead of Wirskye?

Prosecution (Wirskye) cross examining defense witnesses then being the first witness called by the prosecution team (Mitchell) is why I think this motion will succeed. Advocating then being called as a witness by your own team is unethical. Grounds for an appeal should the motion end up falling.

The defense (Russ Wilson) had 12 witnesses but only called 3 before resting. I'm guessing this is b/c the deadline is Monday & the prosecution has to have time to present The claim re: the gentleman's agreement was examined, but the Waller violation wasn't, unfortunately. Really wanted that public.

Re: Karmelo Anthony new trial motion hearing: Any idea that the jury pool wasn't tainted by April 3, 2025 is laughable. The death threats alone tell you just how tainted the jury pool was. The trial should have been moved to a location racially comparable to Collin County.

They need to attribute increases in year over year tournament revenue directly to the players. This is the first FO without Nadal, Federer, or Carlitos in years. Barring a deep run from Monfils/any French folk, Djokovic+Sinner+higher prices will be the main things driving revenue growth this year
