There’s a new Daiso within driving distance of us and we’re going to be annoying about it

here’s my new conundrum: if I remember alt text, I forget to tag 🙃 I’m gonna get the hang of this eventually

I fully blame Pokémon for naming a cool-looking fire move that

Kelly & Momo @bjdqueens.bsky.social · 10/02/2025

I totally don’t blame you. I haven’t been able to delete ours 😭

I am trying so hard to remember alt text but my ADHD is fighting me every damn step of the way and I forgot like seven posts in a row because you can’t EDIT ALT TEXT IN AFTERWARDS…. anyway tl;dr sorry if you need alt text and it’s not there

Dear #dollsky - Is there a place to make moodboards for dolls other than Pinterest? It’s been overrun by AI and we’re looking for somewhere new

I read this and had to laugh. we’re not in Portland but we’re trans and anyway here’s our shiny Pokémon

Kelly & Momo @bjdqueens.bsky.social · 01/02/2025

That is so smart!! I don’t know why I’ve never done that. Thank you for the great suggestion ☺️🙏

Kelly & Momo @bjdqueens.bsky.social · 01/02/2025

This is a good point. I do consider them my art. On the other hand, I am pretty lucky that I still have open contact with everyone! I’m good friends with a couple so I especially want to make sure I don’t hurt anyone’s feelings

Kelly & Momo @bjdqueens.bsky.social · 01/02/2025

I think because they’re custom dolls that the new owners now have their own ideas and characters for makes it complicated. I think, legally, there’s nothing wrong with reposting, but socially I want to be thoughtful 🧐

120

Kelly & Momo @bjdqueens.bsky.social · 01/02/2025

How did I not think of simply asking the new owners!? Ingenious, thank you.

Hey #dollsky - what’s your opinion on posting photos of dolls you don’t own anymore? Tag the current home? Just post? Leave them in the past? We’re doing some pondering. Some of our favorite photos are of dolls we’ve sold but we’re wanting to archive them here.

Our orange cats are actually our smartest cats. Does that make them an exception, or does that mean our other cats are really, really stupid? 😅

Finished Tsubaki's drawing for the certificates, and I've put all the drawings together 💖 I am thinking on making something, maybe a sticker pack? Or acrylic charms? I don't know If you'd be interested, please let me know!
