good news: she successfully made me beautiful bread without any commercial yeast! bad news: it was bland and not sour at all! 😭 the texture was great and it's amazing with some olive oil salt and pepper, but next time i'll make sure to take extra time with the fermentation process

happier news i believe i have made a successful sourdough starter meet jeri! she is hopefully gonna make me some delicious rolls tomorrow rubber band is volume before i fed her! she doubles in size after feeding, it's so much fun to watch
