The abandoned swimming pool at the former Branch Davidian Mount Carmel compound in Waco, Texas. The only major original structure that survived the tragic 1993 siege.

Branch Davidian Memorial. You’d never guess what occurred here if there were no signs or memorial stones on the property.

Visited the Branch Dividian Memorial site last night. It seems like such a peaceful location, but the. You see something like this…

Stone slab next to a chapel. The slab has a square hole with an orange cone next to it. In front of the slab is a sign that reads “Vault where the mothers and children were gassed.”

Really curious what your set up consists of. I’m building a game shed for my kids and would love to have a retro game setup in there. Got the drywall up last weekend and now I’m patching up the seams.

Improving a little bit everyday. Doing a watercolor at the end of the day is such a calming experience. #art #watercolor #landscape #painting #grass #flowers #nature #path

Bugko. One of the most comprehension list of features I’ve seen for an MTG app.

It ain’t much, but I made it with pallet wood so I call that a win.

Yeah, that one’s cool. One of my other boys has The Daily Bugle and The Avengers Tower. My older boys shelves are completely full and he needs to find space for these.

@hobbesq.bolasgang.com I thought you’d appreciate this shelf in my sons room.

Idk if this is a hot take, or a lukewarm take, but Faerie Fencing is a better card than Cut Down. Discourse may now commence.

Blue October - Argue With a Tree Tons of passion, incredible lyrical content. Their live shows are an experience you’d never forget and filled with a wide range of emotions. If you’ve never listened to this album I’d advise you to find the time to really take it all in.

I’ve listened to a lot of albums and seen a lot of bands live. I’ve yet to see or hear anyone that compares. What’s your 10/10 album?

BitBeaker @bitbeaker.bsky.social · 26/11/2024

We recently moved to a different state. My oldest and favorite cat had been missing for 2-3 months. I found out last night that someone was posting about him in a Facebook group over the last week or 2. He’s still out there. I’m hoping we can figure out how to bring him home. So many mixed emotions.

Zack Galifinakis is the best Joker.

000

Hey @magic.wizards.com , you seem to pretty active today. 😉

I’ve seen some discussion on whether Katanas or Dragon Shields are the superior sleeve, but what about these? I still have a bundle box full of them that I ordered back in 2019. They’ve outperformed both brands for me. Are they still as good if you buy them in 2024?

000

All in all, I would give this product a 4.5 out of 5. If the imperfections don’t cause integrity issues with the product then I may be able to overlook them. I expect to get a lot of use out of this and the multitude of possible configurations will likely make it one of my most used products.

Speaking of price point, I had mine shipped as it was difficult to find anything near me. They retail for $49.99, but after tax and shipping mine was $61.85. It was the lowest price point I could find to get one shipped. Expect a higher cost if you can’t find it at your LGS.

I’m not entirely sure what’s going on here, but there is a “speck” in the river of the top compartment. It’s seems like nothing more than a cosmetic issue, but I would certainly expect a product at this price point to be free of those kinds of issues.
