bironic @bironic.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Mgt training would say to focus on the outcomes and the problems they're causing - what are you noticing and what impact does that have on the team/company? Like, it's fine if s/o is slow, but it's not fine if people are wasting time reexplaining things or if output is incorrect 310
bironic @bironic.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Literally asking for a friend: Do any of you have experience with "the pluses or minuses of online mental health apps, like betterhelp and its cousins"? Most of what I know from personal & family/friends is in-person therapy. Feel free to reply or DM. 610

bironic @bironic.bsky.social · 15/07/2026I dunno, a TV show about messed-up supernatural creatures seems like a great place to get life advice 010
bironic @bironic.bsky.social · 14/07/2026There's a line from #iwtv season 2: Claudia: There's something broken in me. A collision in me, like I wanna go bang. Madeleine: Well, go bang. [...] I mean, that's fine, then you'll be fine again. And then bang. And then okay, and then bang, and... You just get used to it, like weather. 110

bironic @bironic.bsky.social · 28/06/2026That's only working on the reading page for me, and the FAQ page says that's by design :( 100
bironic @bironic.bsky.social · 28/06/2026Did I imagine it that Dreamwidth has a feature where you can hide/expand/cut text on the post page itself, not just on the reading page? 410

bironic @bironic.bsky.social · 08/06/2026I enjoyed the part where I looked up when it was going to appear on the AMC+ app, since I'd heard previous seasons' episodes appeared as much as a day earlier there than on TV, and it said 9 p.m. ET Sunday... so I waited... and then it was there when I checked at 8 p.m. 100
bironic @bironic.bsky.social · 06/06/2026The imminent premiere of The Vampire Lestat/IWTV season 3 and the news about Anthony Stewart Head's death are dredging up intense feelings from my teens & twenties, sharpened by unstable neurochemistry.
