a cap only hurts the players. but a floor and more equitable profit sharing would do the job. the dodgers having a 4 billion dollar TV deal higher than the next closest team (and having to share none of it) (also i am not exactly right on number), on top of their abuse of deferment is the problem

he has signed 2 different deals with the dodgers. 1 deal was a 1 year for 2024. he then signed a 3 year deal for 2025-2028. both have deferments, though obviously for different amounts. but both are represented here individually, instead of grouping them as one payment to him
