I deep cleaned my whole apartment for an inspection including taking out fridge drawers and shelves and washing them and cleaning the dishwasher THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE FRIDGE OR THE DISHWASHER...

they're just so convenient to have around when you want to add extra shrimpy flavour to something, for example when you want to zhuzh up some jarred tom yum paste... I keep being like "I should make a giga batch of seafood stock" but that would take up MORE space.
