I've noticed from social media that Protestants still dislike Catholics. Although no-one likes Muslims, they dislike the Jews more... enough to take the Muslim Palestine side. People like flags! Also marches & protests. & this has been so for centuries.

We walked in the park earlier. Conkers bonked off my head. It was bloomin' squirrels. They open them up the tree & toss the lot down probably to gather later. I never knew that. I'm reminded of the vastness of what I don't know. Yeah. Down to earth literally.

Why did cookers stop being popular? People put the hob rings embedded in the countertop above the inbuilt oven, seems less sensible than a cooker, some had an eye-level grille, rotisserie or even a plate warmer and pan drawer. Do they still sell this stuff?
